Families pay premium fees only to feel like one more name on a long list. We started EB Sports Recruiting because Ohio's athletes and their families deserve better than that.
Our founder, Eric Brown, previously worked for one of the largest collegiate athletic recruiting services in the country, and he saw firsthand what gets lost at scale. Talented kids slipped through the cracks. Families with real questions got generic answers. The personal relationships that drive real recruiting outcomes are hard to maintain when you're managing thousands of athletes at once.
Before sports, he was a social worker. He spent his career walking alongside families through some of the hardest moments of their lives, listening, advocating, and getting things done. That background never left him. When he looked at the recruiting industry, he saw families who needed the same thing his social work clients always needed: someone in their corner who actually showed up.
EB Sports Recruiting is what happens when those two careers come together.
We specialize on purpose. We know Ohio football, including the high schools, the position coaches, the Division I, II, and III programs that recruit from this state, and the regional camps and combines that matter. We know how Ohio talent moves through the pipeline because we live it every day.
